KYC, which means ‘Know Your Customer’, is a process through which we identify you so that you can do different levels of transactions on the FinPay platform. This is required by CBN regulations.

 

The 3 KYC levels on FinPay:

It is required that you complete KYC before being able to transfer funds from your FinPay wallet. To upgrade your KYC level, simply login to your FinPay account via our web application or use FinPay mobile app and follow the below steps:

 

From the browser:

  • Login to your FinPay account via https://finpayng.com/WebApp
  • On the left side of the screen, click on KYC.
  • Complete the KYC by providing required information and upload relevant documents (JPEG, PNG, PDF).

From FinPay mobile app:

  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • Click on KYC.
  • Fill the form
  • Upload necessary documents such as your photo image, valid means of Identity and proof of address (recent PHCN, Waste or Water bill).
  • Save to submit the information.

 

NOTE: Our team will review your document and provide a response which is usually within 12hrs. If you experience any difficulty upgrading your account to a higher KYC level, kindly send us an email to support@finpayng.com.
